Якщо користувач підключає Google Calendar до Setlio, сервіс отримує доступ до даних Google Calendar лише для синхронізації бронювань і створення онлайн-зустрічей.

Setlio використовує доступ до Google Calendar, щоб створювати, оновлювати та видаляти події календаря, пов'язані з бронюваннями користувача. Якщо для послуги увімкнено Google Meet, Setlio може створити Google Meet-посилання через подію Google Calendar і зберегти це посилання у бронюванні.

Setlio може отримувати та зберігати email Google-акаунта, ідентифікатор календаря, OAuth access token, refresh token, строк дії токена, ідентифікатори створених подій календаря та Google Meet-посилання, згенеровані для бронювань. OAuth-токени зберігаються у зашифрованому вигляді.

Дані Google Calendar не продаються, не використовуються для реклами та не передаються третім сторонам, окрім випадків, необхідних для роботи інтеграції з Google API або виконання вимог закону.

Користувач може відключити Google Calendar у кабінеті Setlio в налаштуваннях профілю. Після відключення Setlio припиняє синхронізацію нових бронювань з Google Calendar. Доступ також можна відкликати в налаштуваннях Google Account.

Google Calendar Data Usage

If a user connects Google Calendar to Setlio, Setlio accesses Google Calendar data only to synchronize bookings and create online meetings.

Setlio uses Google Calendar access to create, update, and delete calendar events related to the user's bookings. If Google Meet is enabled for a service, Setlio may create a Google Meet link through a Google Calendar event and store that link in the related booking.

Setlio may receive and store the connected Google account email, calendar identifier, OAuth access token, refresh token, token expiration time, created calendar event IDs, and Google Meet links generated for bookings. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted.

Google Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except as required to operate the Google API integration or comply with applicable law.

Users can disconnect Google Calendar in Setlio profile settings. After disconnecting, Setlio stops synchronizing new bookings with Google Calendar. Users can also revoke access from their Google Account settings.
